Order Information

Customers may order by phone, email, or fax. All prices are FOB Deland, Florida, or manufacturer unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change product material with materials of equal or superior quality. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money order, and certified check, Discover and ACH payments. International orders require pre-payment unless otherwise approved by Putterman Athletics management. Please note that a 3% processing fee on deposit payments will be assessed for any charge over $5,000, as well as payments in any amount made via credit card for accounts that are set up with net terms. If you would prefer to pay via ACH instead, we can provide our banking information upon request. CODs are not accepted. In the case of all standard orders, accounts with approved credit will be billed Net 30 days from the date of invoice. To establish credit with Putterman, a completed credit form with bank information and three active trade references must be provided. Credit terms normally take 3 to 5 days to process. A 1.5% finance charge per month may be assessed for balances past 30 days from date of invoice.

Freight & Shipping

Putterman ships most orders via UPS or FEDEX ground except when expedited shipping is requested or required. All shipping will be paid for by the customer. Because Putterman specializes in large installations, some orders with larger sizes and weights may be sent via motor freight. Freight shipments will be prepaid and added to your invoice. All prices are FOB Deland, Florida or FOB shipping dock if shipping from a remote location. International shipments available.

Freight Damage & Discrepencies

If damage occurs during shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Putterman, and send pictures of the issue, within 3 days of delivery. Putterman must report claims within 3 days so proper damage claims can be made against the carrier. Failure to report any problems with 3 days of delivery will forfeit any claims for damage with Putterman. Discrepancies must be reported to Putterman Athletics within 30 days of invoice date. Putterman will not be responsible for any discrepancies thereafter.

Product Returns

To return any standard products, advance authorization from Putterman Athletics must be obtained by phone, email, or fax. Otherwise, returned merchandise will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Putterman Athletics will not accept returns for products more than 3 months past their invoice date. Putterman Athletics will not accept returns for custom products unless a material or fabrication defect is determined to have occurred.

Limitation of Liability and Remedies

Putterman Athletics’ sole, exclusive, and final liability for any sale of products or services provided pursuant to these terms of sale is limited, at its option, to repair or replace the affected item, or refund any portion of the original purchase price of the affected item. Removal, transportation (other than the cost of transporting a replacement item to the location of the defective item), and re-installation costs incurred in the inspection, repair or replacement of the item are the responsibility of Buyer. Putterman Athletics makes no express or implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose whatsoever. Except, as otherwise expressly provided in these terms of sale, Putterman Athletics shall not be liable for any labor, removal, installation, clean-up, or other costs, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or other damages, claims or liabilities incurred in connection with any product or services, whether arising out of breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tort, or otherwise. In no event shall Putterman Athletics liability, with respect to any product or service, under any theory of recovery, exceed the purchase price paid to Putterman Athletics for that product or service.
