SafeGard™ Modular Rail Padding System

The SafeGard™ Modular Rail Padding System is the premier choice for athletic facilities seeking high-performance fence protection. This two-component system is engineered to provide superior safety for both indoor and outdoor environments, shielding players from dangerous impacts with fence frames and gates. Unlike basic rail padding that can look loose or uneven, or start fraying over time, SafeGard™ offers a modular fit that wraps railings more securely and creates a smoother, more professional appearance. This matters in athletic facilities where padding needs to do more than cover a hard surface — it needs to withstand daily use, weather exposure, player contact, and constant traffic.

Description

SafeGard™ Modular Rail Padding System: Professional Protection & Custom Branding

Maximum Safety

The core of the SafeGard™ Modular Rail Padding System is a 2 lbs/cf tubular foam inner cushion. This proprietary dense foam provides a critical safety barrier, while the weatherproof outer cover ensures long-lasting durability against the elements. The 2” ID tubular foam is pre-slit, making application to your existing top rails quick and efficient.

Unmatched Customization & Aesthetics

Finish your facility with a sleek, professional look that stands out. SafeGard™ offers more than protection; it’s a high-visibility branding tool.

Custom Printing: We can print school names, company logos, sponsor ads, or event promotions directly on the padding.
Extensive Color Palette: Choose from a wide array of colors to match your team or facility branding.
Flexible Sizing: While available in standard 6’ lengths, we can produce custom lengths for larger jobs to fit your specific fence layout.

Easy Installation

Designed with the facility manager in mind, SafeGard™ is easy to install. The covers attach securely to the underside of the foam with grommets and standard tie-wraps, keeping the padding in place even in high-traffic athletic areas.
