Description
A Jaw-to-Jaw Turnbuckle is used to tighten, adjust, and secure cables in sports facility installations. It has a jaw, or clevis-style end, on both sides with pins that connect to eye bolts, cable loops, brackets, or other anchor points.
In simple terms, it helps pull a cable tight and keep it under proper tension.
In the sports facility industry, Jaw-to-Jaw Turnbuckles are commonly used for:
- Divider net systems
- Batting cage netting
- Backstop netting
- Protective barrier nets
- Tennis windscreens
- Gym curtains
- Cable-supported netting systems
- Indoor and outdoor athletic equipment installations
The turnbuckle works by rotating the center body, which either tightens or loosens the connected cable. This makes it easy to fine-tune tension during installation or maintenance. If a net, curtain, or cable starts to sag over time, the turnbuckle can be adjusted to pull it back into position. Check out more product accessories.
